All full price items purchased at the Pawspoke Online Store can be returned within 14 days, free of charge. We do not accept returns of final sale items. Please note that at present we can only accept returns and faulty goods that have been purchased from the Pawspoke Online Store. If you would like to return goods that have been purchased from somewhere else, please go directly to the shop where you purchased the goods.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please email email@example.com immediately. Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
For a simple return, please use the pre-printed return form and return label included in your parcel. If you cannot find the return label, please contact us. Once your return has been checked and processed by our warehouse you will be notified by e-mail. The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.
Please note that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
